At Banded.com, we strive to deliver your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following shipping policy to understand our procedures and guidelines.

We’ve cut the nonsense out of returns. If something didn’t fit right or just wasn’t what you needed, you can now start a return or exchange online—no emails, no waiting around.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery if the order is placed before 12 PM CST.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Our shipping estimates come directly from the carriers. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays such as holiday volume, weather, and other issues beyond our control.
Additional Rate Explanations:
- Soft Goods: $5.99 for orders up to $35, $12.95 for orders up to $100.
- Expedited Shipping: $30 for the first item, $3 for each additional item.
- Overnight Shipping: $50 for the first item, $3 for each additional item.
- Decoy Shipping: $12.95 for the first item, $7.95 for each additional item, NO FREE SHIPPING on Decoys.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99. No promo code is needed; the free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout. There are several categories where Free Shipping DOES NOT apply:
- Discounted Items: Cannot be combined with other discounts, and excludes current sale items and Free Shipping.
- Decoys & Blinds: Free Shipping does not apply to Decoys, Blinds, or other items in these categories.
International Shipping
Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@banded.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
